Joan McMurtrey was born on August 30, 1958 in Homewood, Illinois, USA. She is an actress, known for Simon & Simon (1981), Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael (1990) and Class Action (1991). In 2015, Joan appears on the ABC television show, How to Get Away with Murder and portrays the character Helena Hapstall in the second season of the show.[1]
