"It feels good, doesn't it? Being on the right side of justice for once?"
—Emily Sinclair to Asher Millstone[src]

Emily Sinclair was a recurring character on How to Get Away with Murder. She is one of the two main antagonists of Season 2.

Season 2Edit

Emily Sinclair was the prosecutor for the Nate Lahey case and the Hapstall case. She antagonizes Annalise Keating and suspects that she killed Sam Keating. She knows Asher Millstone's father and writes up a plea deal for Asher in return for his testifying against Annalise. In flash-forward episodes in season 2, she is shown dead at the Hapstalls' house.

It's later found out in a flash-back that Asher Millstone had reversed his car and hit her in anger, after she began slandering Asher's Father; William Millstone, shortly after his father's suicide.
