Annalise Keating visits the District Attorney's Office where she explains her client, Karim Assaf predicament. He is facing deportation due to a possession charge which he confessed to save his daughter. She asks him to dismiss the charge in exchange to him pleading guilty to a misdemeanor which will save him from deportation. Brad informs Annalise that it isn't his decision and presents the case to his superior who agrees to Annalise's terms. Later, Annalise presents Immigration Court with the report from the DA's office but Judge Lorraine Huffman doesn't think that the deportation charge should be dismissed and he is subsequently later deported. ("We're Good People Now")
